The INTENT, FUNCTIONALITY, and LIMITATIONS of Xactimate
CRA has partnered with Construction Analytics Group to provide members with Xactimate training.
This course educates Xactimate users on the true intention of Xactimate estimate software, the functionality of its pricing structure, and the limitations of the software, which ultimately emphasizes the importance of qualified estimators.
It will go for around 75 minutes with a Q&A at the end (90 minutes total).

Andrew Behrens, RRC® is a claims and estimation professional with a wide range of experience. He has assessed and estimated thousands of properties, including commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural. He has an extensive background in causation forensics, damage assessment, manufacturer specifications, code compliance, and estimation. Andrew is the President of Construction Analytics Group, Ltd. (“CAG”), which provides consulting and expert witness services to the construction and property insurance industries. He is a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC®) through the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) and is also one of approximately forty-six Xactimate Certified Trainers (XCT) within the United States and Canada.
