Philip Siegel

Philip J. Siegel is a partner and shareholder at Hendrick, Phillips, Salzman & Siegel. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law. With a background in public accounting and over two decades of legal experience, Philip focuses his national practice on labor and employment law, OSHA defense, contract consulting, and construction litigation. He has represented contractors and suppliers before the NLRB, OSHA Review Commission, DOL, and EEOC.
