CRA Red Rocks Community College Scholarship

Red Rocks is the largest construction industry training and education facility in the state of Colorado, training and certifying more than 2,500 students per semester in construction related programs ranging from carpentry to plumbers, to HVAC/R and construction management. The Construction Technology program is the most comprehensive school/training program for the building industry in the region with 30 degrees and 40 certificates in 19 program areas. The two-year, 61-credit-hour Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree allows students the flexibility to select numerous areas of emphasis. Some of the diverse professions for which students are trained include: carpenters, plumbers, pipefitters, roofers, steel workers, water/waste treatment plant operators, electricians, cable and line installers, glaziers, air conditioning and refrigeration mechanics, and bricklayers.

The RRCC Colorado Roofing Association Scholarship is presented to a second year student enrolled in the RRCC Construction Technology program. The student must maintain a 2.5 GPA, be a Colorado Resident and show a financial need.
