CSU’s Department of Manufacturing Technology and Construction Management offers a well-rounded education to students as they embark on careers as teachers and managers in teaching, technology and construction professions. The diversity of their faculty and industry supports allows the department an opportunity to explore a wide area of research ideas and experiences gained into the classroom. It is through these initiatives that we strive to meet the nerds of students and industry.

At the graduate level, the program is targeted to Construction professionals looking for a practical understanding of technology, decision-making skills, and confidence. Family owned businesses evaluating the next generation's skills and knowledge required to meet future challenges. Project managers wanting to complete their projects under budget and on time. Self-employed general contractors or subcontractors seeking to expand their industry knowledge and improve their success. Homebuilders committed to excelling in management and increasing revenue and construction management undergraduates ready to move to the next level.

Each year the Colorado Roofing Association Scholarship is presented to junior, third-year students who have earned more than 60 credit hours, and graduate students majoring in Construction Management. Recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA, be a Colorado resident and show financial need.
